what is the best wiring for powering a heatbed?

Hi, What would be the best type of wiring to use in order to power my heatbed. I'm pretty new to the whole DIY stuff. I don't want to burn anything out, and the wiring I'm using is getting really hot.

If you find that the heatbed is too hot, think that this heatbed is not thick enough to tolerate the heat. You have the risk of fire with it.

You can use 20 gauge wire( 6A/12V/2ohms) for heated beds
