I am trying to print on this deskjet printer but the printer keeps feeding more pages, it gets stuck if I put a little more than heavy weight paper, technical it should be able to bare that much weight atleast but it just throws it out. How to solve this?

Hello Abdu,

First you should confirm whether the paper is compatible with your paper.

Go to the manufacturer site and check how much paper weight you particular model can take or check the manual that came with it.You can also check the paper properties in option, whether your printer has that option of changing paper types, that I am not sure about, but you can try.

Next the paper feeding happens mostly because of bad paper, meaning oiled or wet paper.

-clean the roller, check if there is stuck paper or any hard dirt over there which may prevent it from printing, use a torch.

-Nicely clean the paper pick roller, use earbuds.

Don't try to overload it, use same paper types and if this resolves your issue, then good. Otherwise book it for repair.
