Ink report Issue.

I have tried a couple of times uninstalling and installing cartridges back and forth, but failed in all attempts. It just won't accept it, the printer is new, the cartridge is new and this problem perse is new. I would appreciate some step my step guidance from your support staff. Thank you.

What does the report exactly say? Anyway, don't freak out. Clean the contacts with some cleaning fluid and try again.

Also try uninstall the printer drivers.

- GOTO Start/Search for 'programs and features'

- Locate your appropriate printer drivers, right click and uninstall.

- restart you computer again, put the printer installation disk into the CD drive, let it load and install.

If the problem persists, the cartridge may be no good! Consider replacing it.
