Unjamming the printer won't fix the problem.

I have done everything I could with the hardware but I am still not able to print through this HP printer, Should I do some formatting, I am not sure because I don't want to loose all my data doing it. What the best solution without having to lose any of my data, Can you help?

Hello sir,

Be calm, try to clean the compartment. Keep a torch handy and with that try to locate if there's any leftover material or some junk which may be preventing it from functioning. Carefully with a vacuum try to suck all that dirt and then try restarting the system, I am sure it will fix it and if not then call the manufacturers, that's all I can say, thank you.
