I am trying to give access of my printer to all the users on the network. Just trying to find out that simple way of doing it, any thought on this?

Hey there Skippy,

If you know command prompt try this:-

1.Open CmD (Run - CMD)
2.Type this rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /ga /n\\YOURSERVERNAME\YOURPRINTERNAME

This should be it, and if you don't follow this try this:-

Right click the printer you want to share - Properties - Security - Select 'ALL USERS' from GROUPS.
That's it and be sure to check the ALLOW BUTTON at the bottom before you exit.
Now your printer is 'all user accesible' (AUA)

Sincerely,
